DISPATCH TIMES
We generally dispatch all orders within 2 business days of receiving payment. Once your order has been completed, you will be sent an email confirming that your order is on it's way.

DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF THE UK
Wibbell Productions Ltd is not responsible for any taxes or customs handling fees or delays to deliveries due to customs handling. Customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Once your order has been completed, you will be sent an email confirming that your order is on it's way.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
Responsibility lies on customers to ensure they are ordering the correct version of any DVD for their territories, region codes and equipment. There is a general list of PAL and NTSC territories here which may be used as a general guideline only and we hold no liability that this is fully accurate or up-to-date and cannot be taken as evidence of the technical specifications of your own DVD player, or television equipment.

RETURNS PROCEDURE AND REFUNDS
If you need to return an item, you must first notify us by email within 7 days of delivery to obtain a returns number and instructions for return. Items must be returned unused, unopened, in original packaging, and in saleable condition within 7 days of receipt.
Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the item. We do not refund postage costs nor do we pay for the return postage to us if you have simply changed your mind about a purchase. You are advised to send returned items by recorded delivery. Shipping charges will only be refunded if an item is faulty.
